Hi, since 2 or 3 days, I am unable to download anything using my uTorrent web client.
The download start and then after a few seconds it stop and display "error:??".
If I do a force start downloading, it start again, download a couple of mb and then stop again.
The same torrent file work fine on my local machine, using the same version of uTorrent.

The tracker site told me that the ip address of the tracker changed during the last week. tracker.t411.me ip is supposed to be now 37.221.160.88.
Could it be that the old ip is still cached on your side?

The Google Chrome uTorrent plugin, tells me that it is a "space missing" error!!!???
I could it be? I am supposed to have 100Gb of space. And I am far from that... I have less than 25 Gb used...

Again!! Almost all of my files disappeared in my directory!! And I am having this "space missing" error for all my torrents!!

This is a following on ticket #661714
I created a new one because I want to change the "urgency" to high.
Because this is becoming annoying!! I am paying every month for service and there is always something broken. I am unable to use your service more than 2 days in a row without problems!

Now it is my http link that is broken. Yesterday the username/password was rejected, then it was fix. And this morning it is worse. The page does not exist. No answer from the server at all.

At the same time, the UTorrent ui was not available neither!!

It is back now.... but now I have a "space missing" error!!! (http access is still down!)

This morning, the webUi and the http file access were down. Ftp was up.
Then, the WebUI was back online but the http access was down. Now both are back online but I got some "space missing" error when I tried to add torrent files. Even If I had less than 20Gb of files in my directory. I deleted some files and now I am able to download.
But something is going wrong on your side. Those problems always come back. Even after the server change.
And the problem is not on my side. I tested it using different browsers, different computers on different networks.

Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Safari Mobile, Explorer 9 on windows 7.
Also different network: home network, office vpn, mobile LTE network
Also from at least 3 different http proxy from asia, europe and
south-america.

Is that enough??

You are laughing at me or what. Are you saying to yourself "This guy is a
jerk and he know nothing about computer and network... anyway he is just
paying 7 euros per month, we don't really care... We are not going to loose
any time reading his emails and try to fix the problems"?

Is that what you think? It seems like that to me!

1- I am a software engineer with more than 15 years of experience on
programming backend servers: I really know what I am talking about when it
is about network and servers.
2- Your message are always one liners that says: "It is working on our
side, try again".
3- You never really read my emails. I told you 2 times that I tried with
many different configurations on different networks. But it seems that you
don't care.
4- I told you that it is intermittent. So you should check your monitoring
log. Wait! Maybe you don't have any sort of monitoring?
5- Basing the level of support given based on the amount I am paying is a
very bad strategy. Who knows who will be your next big customer or who will
bring you many more customer?

This is by far the worst service I ever received from a support service. I
am very disappointed. I don't think you guys are really professional. You
look very amateur to me. Sorry.

I should have read all the review on the internet about you before.... It
seems that I am not alone! Far from that!

If you do not really try to fix my problems as a professional, be sure that
I will go on all review site possible and all social network and on all
torrent forum to talk about my experience with you....

It is working out end - I am unable to test on your computer. But as you can see I posted all the files listed - I am connecting from the UK.

I am insulting your intelligence, but if you can maybe post some more details like screenshots etc we can get this fixed. Or if you are really that unhappy we can offer a refund and you can with another supplier, there are loads.
